This system was designed by the swedish couple Nisse & Kajsa Strining in 1949.

Signs of wear, the varnish is used around the key hole, some water marks inside the unit, a hole has been made in the desk unit probably to let wires through and sun discoloration on both sides of the unit (which do not show once in place).
